Once approved, we'll embroider your design onto your personalised keepsake.

What kind of photo should I upload?

We recommend using a clear, high-resolution photo where your pet is facing the camera and their features are easy to see.

If you're unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to send it to us before placing your order.

Will I get to see the design before it's embroidered?

Absolutely! We'll send you a preview of your illustration for approval before we begin with embroidery. You can request revision at this stage if needed.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes! You can find our expedition option, "Rush My Order", at the checkout page under shipping options.

What if I'm buying as a gift?

Our custom embroidered pieces make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and many other special occasions. We don't include pricing information in our parcels.
